What happens at the conference?
Our annual conference is aimed at bringing together people with CHD of all ages & their parents to focus on
Building connections, Facilitating interaction and reflection
Listening to the voices of those living with the condition

Who should attend?
We will have three streams on the day focusing on
Adolescents with CHD (age 14-19yrs)
Adults with CHD
Parents
