In 2027, our annual conference for adolescents and adults with CHD and parents, returns to the the offices of Chartered Accountants Ireland, Dublin 2 on Saturday, 20th February 2027 . The conference will run separate streams for each group and the sessions are always very interactive with much discussion and information sharing.

Who should attend?

• Adolescents with CHD looking to meet their peers and learn more about their condition and its management in preparation for transition to adult services.
• Young adults with CHD looking to network with others of their age and find out more about what the future may hold.
• Adults with CHD looking to benefit from the experience of older people around various issues common to their group.
• Parents looking to learn about next steps for their child, share their experiences and support their adult children.

Registration is from 9-9.30am and runs until 3.30pm with lunch provided. The conference is free to attend.
