• What happens at the conference?
  Our annual conference is aimed at bringing together people with CHD of all ages & their parents to focus on
  Building connections
  Facilitating interaction and reflection
  Listening to the voices of those living with the condition
• Who should attend?
  We will have four streams on the day focusing on
  Adolescents with CHD (age 14-17yrs)
  Young Adults (age 18-15yrs)
  Adults with CHD
  Parents
• What you can expect to come away with?
  To meet others from the CHD Community
