Heart Children supports children, adolescents and adults with Congenital Heart Disease and their families, throughout their lives. We support the Children's Heart Centre, CHI Crumlin, and the Adult CHD Unit, Mater Hospital, Dublin. We also work closely with the Consultant Paediatricians with Expertise in Cardiology working from Cork, Limerick and Galway University Hospitals.

We receive limited funding from the State, so we rely heavily on the support and generosity of the public and our corporate partners in order to raise the funds required to support our little heroes.
Individuals, local organizations, community groups, schools, and businesses play an important role in keeping children and families together. Whether you decide to start a peer-to-peer fundraiser, host an in-person fundraising event, or collect goods to donate to us, your support makes a massive difference.
We provide respite grants to families in financial hardships as a result of their child’s long-term hospitalisation. Our Blue Ribbon Fund provides funding for families whose child requires a heart transplant in the UK. We assist with travel, accommodation and living costs.

When children/adults are discharged from hospital on warfarin medication, we fund self-test devices which allow them to monitor their INR readings from home.
