The BraveHearts Awards celebrate the extraordinary bravery of children, young people and adults with congenital heart disease and the health professionals who support their care. Heart Children introduced the awards in 2025 to great success and will be highlighting more of the wonderful stories of people living with CHD and their families on Saturday, 3rd Sept at the BraveHearts Awards lunch in the Conrad Hotel, Earlsfort Tce, D 2.
Anyone can nominate someone across a range of awards (see below) with a closing date for submissions of Friday 31st July.

- Person with CHD 7-12 yrs
- Person with CHD 13-17yrs
- Person with CHD 18-24 yrs
- Person with CHD 25+
- Person with CHD 50+
