What happens at the conference?
- Our annual conference is aimed at bringing together people with CHD of all ages & their parents to focus on building connections, Facilitating interaction and reflection,
- listening to the voices of those living with the condition
Who should attend? We will have three streams on the day focusing on
- Adolescents with CHD (age 14-19yrs)
- Adults with CHD
- Parents of those with CHD
What you can expect to come away with?
- To meet others from the CHD Community To meet various medical & support personnel.
- To be challenged to consider your condition and what improvements would help support you in the future
- To have some fun and feel part of the CHD community.
