Practical Skills for Managing the Impact of CHD on the Family, is a one day parent workshop taking place in the Clayton Hotel, Ballybrit on Saturday 21st Feb from 9-5.30pm.

It will be a highly interactive day where various therapist will outline the methodology behind their offerings and how they may help you to manage stress and anxiety caused by trauma following episodes of CHD flare up, both for yourself and for your children.  The programme includes presentations from a psychotherapist; play therapist; music therapist and touch therapist and will also offer paediatric CPR training.
