Registration is now open for our Annual Transition Conference – The Beat Goes On. This event is for adolescents with CHD and their parents. The event is run in conjunction with CHI Crumlin and THE ACHD Unit, Mater Hospital.

The conference takes place on Saturday 24th February from 10 am to 3 pm at Accountancy Ireland, Pearse St, Dublin 2.

This year we will have separate programmes for adolescents, adults with CHD and parents and special guest speakers on the day. A light lunch will be provided.
