Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital, Crumlin, is the national centre for paediatric cardiology.
All paediatric cardiac surgery including cardiac catheterisations are carried out here.
All cardiac patients are treated in two wards, St. Teresa’s and St. Brigid’s. St. Teresa’s caters for all newborns and infants up to one year old. St. Brigid’s caters for children from one year old to teenager.
The Cardiac Team is a multi disciplinary unit and includes the following people:
