| Windmill Weekend |
Friday, Saturday and Sunday 12th , 13th and 14th February
Our main fundraising event takes place around the Valentine's weekend when members and friends of Heart Children sell attractive red children's windmills around the country.
The windmills sell for €2 each. All our collectors are volunteers and receive no payment for their help. The windmill weekend has proved to be a very successful day but we are often curtailed by a lack of collectors, if you think you can help please contact us.
We are delighted because our windmills will also be on sale in Argos and HomeBase stores which will help raise the profile of our weekend enormously.
Thanks to everyone who takes part in our collection, we deeply appreciate the fact that so many people gave so much time and effort to help in our fundraising efforts. |
