Cork Open Day

Catch up with us in Cork

Join us on Saturday March 30th at the River Lee Hotel

We will be hosting a ‘drop in day’ at the River Lee hotel. Why not pop in and say hello to Margaret our CEO and Suzanne a Board member? Hear all about what we do and how we support our families!

This will be a different style of support day to previous days. We would encourage you to call in at any time and stay for as long as you like. This is a chance to meet us but more importantly, a chance to meet other members from Cork and surrounding counties. We will have refreshments throughout the day. Have a look at the schedule below and pop in whenever you can.

Dr. Deirdre O’Neill, Clinical psychologist, who coordinates the Heart Children Ireland Psychology Service, will be meeting member families throughout the day (please note there was a great response to the recent invitations to meet her and all her available appointments have been taken.) Deirdre will step away from these meetings to give us an overview of the Heart children Ireland Psychology Service at 11.15. She will then join us briefly for lunch.

We are delighted to announce that Gay Flynn and some of our other Munster founding members will be coming along to meet people. They are interested in looking at what they can do to support Heart Children Ireland members through activities, including fundraising.

This will be a relaxed and informal day but please please register with us in advance.
